How To Return & Refund
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
*We unfortunately do not offer refunds for the following:
- Partially completed diamond paintings
- Fully completed diamond paintings
- Custom kits
Please contact capturedbyradiance@aol.com. In your email, include:
- Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
- Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
- The email address you used to complete your order
- Photo proof that the kit is unopened
- Please also provide us a reason for the return (we want to improve!)
- A customer service representative will respond to your email within 24 hours.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please contact capturedbyradiance@aol.com. In your email, include:
- Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
- Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
- The email address you used to complete your order
- Please also provide us a reason for the cancellation (we want to improve!)
A customer service representative will respond to your email within 24 hours.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours; however, if your order has shipped we are not able to cancel your order.
Please allow 7-19 business days for your refund to be processed by your financial institution.
